Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

At afilmyhit.xyz, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, we have adopted this policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

1. DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used, copied, distributed, displayed, or made available on afilmyhit.xyz in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a notification to our designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice must be a written communication that includes the following:

3. Identification of the material on our Services that is claimed to be infringing, including URLs or sufficient information to locate the material.

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Note: Emails are typically processed faster than mailed letters.

3. Response to Valid Notices

Once a valid DMCA notice is received, afilmyhit.xyz will:

1. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

2. Notify the user who posted the content that a takedown request has been received.

3. Provide the user with information about submitting a counter-notification.

4. Counter-Notification

A counter-notification is a written statement from a user who believes their material was wrongly removed or disabled. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:

1. Physical or electronic signature of the user.

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the user believes the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

4. User’s name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the local federal court, if located in the U.S. If outside the U.S., a similar binding statement.

A statement that the user consents to accept service of process from the complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. afilmyhit.xyz reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including legal action.
